By working closely with the developer on this retail center, we were able not only to deliver the 10,800 sf building shell located in the heart of Carmel, but we also simultaneously satisfied the landlord requirements for the leased spaces. This resulted in a cost savings for the developer as well as a quicker return from tenants who were able to move in sooner.
